Data Deletion
Data Deletion
This page explains how SpeedyPod users can request deletion of account data, uploaded podcast files, generated content, scheduled drafts, and connected social account data.
Last Updated on July 1, 2026
What You Can Delete
You may request deletion of:
• Your SpeedyPod account information
• Uploaded podcast files
• Transcripts and generated podcast content
• Show notes, blog posts, newsletters, titles, keywords, and social posts
• Generated short-form clips and captions
• Scheduled drafts and publishing history
• Connected social account records and stored access tokens
Disconnecting Social Accounts
You can disconnect connected social accounts inside SpeedyPod from the Content Scheduler's Manage Accounts area. Disconnecting an account stops SpeedyPod from scheduling or publishing future posts to that account. It also removes that account from active use inside SpeedyPod. Disconnecting a social account does not delete posts that were already published on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or another third-party platform. To remove already published posts, you must delete them directly on the relevant platform.
Request Account or Project Deletion
To request deletion, email us at team@getspeedypod.com from the email address connected to your SpeedyPod account. Use the subject line: Data deletion request Please include whether you want us to delete:
• A specific project
• Connected social account data
• Generated content
• Your full SpeedyPod account
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.
Timing
We will review deletion requests as soon as practical. Most eligible deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Some information may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, billing records, or platform audit requirements.
Third-Party Platforms
SpeedyPod can delete data stored in SpeedyPod systems, but we cannot directly delete content that has already been published to third-party platforms after it leaves SpeedyPod. To delete published posts, videos, or captions from a third-party platform, use that platform's own deletion tools.
