Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using SpeedyPod, including our podcast content generation, scheduling, and social publishing tools.

Last Updated on July 1, 2026

What SpeedyPod Does

SpeedyPod helps users turn podcast episodes into reusable marketing content, including transcripts, show notes, social posts, blog posts, newsletters, titles, keywords, and short-form video clips. SpeedyPod may also let users connect social accounts and schedule or publish approved content to platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through your account. You should only connect social accounts, pages, channels, or profiles that you own or are authorized to manage.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the podcast files, transcripts, names, images, videos, captions, and other content you upload or create through SpeedyPod. By using SpeedyPod, you give us permission to process, store, and use your content as needed to provide the service. This includes generating content, showing drafts, saving projects, preparing scheduled posts, and publishing approved content to connected accounts. You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate any law, copyright, privacy right, platform policy, or third-party right.

Generated Content

SpeedyPod uses automation and AI-assisted systems to generate content. Generated content may contain errors, omissions, or wording that should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any generated content before publishing or scheduling it.

Social Account Connections and Publishing

If you connect a social account, you authorize SpeedyPod to access the permissions you approve during the connection process. SpeedyPod will use connected accounts to prepare, schedule, and publish content only for the destinations you select. You can disconnect accounts from the app. Disconnecting an account stops future scheduling or publishing to that destination, but it does not delete posts that were already published on third-party platforms.

Platform Rules

When using SpeedyPod with LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform, you must follow that platform's terms, content rules, privacy rules, advertising rules, copyright rules, and API policies. A platform may reject, remove, limit, or modify content independently of SpeedyPod.

Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment provider. You are responsible for any fees, taxes, and subscription charges shown at checkout.

Availability

We try to keep SpeedyPod reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Some features may depend on third-party services, platform APIs, or account permissions.

Prohibited Use

You may not use SpeedyPod to create, schedule, or publish unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, spammy, or unauthorized content. You may not attempt to misuse the service, bypass security, scrape data, or interfere with the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates risk for SpeedyPod or other users, or misuses connected platform access.

Disclaimer

SpeedyPod is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific business, marketing, audience, platform, or revenue results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SpeedyPod is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost data, platform account actions, publishing outcomes, or third-party platform decisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date above.
