Information We Collect
We collect minimal information from you when you use our app:
Authentication Info: Your email when you create an account using either email/password or Google Sign-In.
Note: We do not store your password. Authentication is securely handled by Supabase, our trusted third-party authentication provider.
User Inputs: When you upload a podcast file and enter speaker and guest names.
Generated Content: We store the outputs created by our system based on your podcast, such as:
Podcast transcript
Show notes (guest bio, summary, and timestamped chapters)
Social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, X posts)
Blog post, newsletter post
YouTube Shorts and TikTok clips, including video and audio
Keywords and podcast titles
Connected Social Account Information
: If you connect a social account, page, profile, or channel, we may store the platform name, account label, account ID, selected page or channel, authorization scopes, access token, refresh token, token expiration, and connection status.Scheduling and Publishing Information:
We may store scheduled drafts, selected platforms, publish times, approval status, publishing settings, publishing history, and platform responses or errors.
We do not collect or store payment information, contact lists, or unnecessary personal data.
How We Use Your Information

Authenticate and manage your account
Generate and store content based on your uploaded podcast
Improve our services and personalize your experience
Communicate with you about your account or platform updates
Connect social accounts that you authorize
Prepare, schedule, or publish approved content to the platforms you select
Maintain publishing history, troubleshoot failed posts, and show account connection status
Data Security
We take data protection seriously and follow industry-standard practices to safeguard your information. Authentication is securely managed by Supabase. While we strive to keep your data safe, no system is 100% secure.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
We may use trusted third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, payment processing, and content processing, but only as needed to operate SpeedyPod.
When you approve or schedule content for publishing, we send the selected content and required metadata to the social platforms you choose, such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.

We may use cookies to enhance your experience. You can control cookie settings in your browser. Some features may not work correctly without them.
Connected Accounts and Data Deletion
You can disconnect connected social accounts in SpeedyPod. Disconnecting an account stops future scheduling and publishing for that account. You may request deletion of your SpeedyPod account data, uploaded files, generated content, scheduled drafts, and connected account records by emailing team@getspeedypod.com.
